If you wish to return any item(s) purchased on www.rmkdistributors.com, the item(s) must be unused and in like new condition.

Please use the following steps for all returns:

1. Obtain a valid Return Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) by calling (718) 256-7671. Please have your Order Number ready when requesting an RMA.

2. Upon return we can issue you as follows:  A refund to the original credit card used for purchase will be made less S&H, and freight charges.

Rmk Distributors will not accept any returns without a valid Return Manufacturer Authorization. Sender is responsible for return shipping costs. The return must be made within 15 days of purchase.
